This will come as no surprise, but I, Roy Hendrikx, am the person behind Roy Hendrikx Photography. For me, photography started as a hobby that grew into a passion and profession. My goal was and is to capture people in a natural way. This can be during a wedding, a portrait shoot, or when I am traveling with my partner. I am looking for the moments between the poses.
I live in Utrecht, where I also like to illustrate book covers and design graphics. I try to go to the movies at least once a week and enjoy reading graphic novels. I travel south, to Maastricht, on a regular basis to visit family and friends and photograph weddings and shoots.
